At Chidiyaa, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our hand-block printed garments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 10-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags intact before securely packaging it in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect the pickup acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
